I know that feeling personally. In my 30s, a major health crash sent me down the same path so many women take, trying to outsmart symptoms with the next plan, the next protocol, the next reset.

Over the years, I tried everything. The Master Cleanse style lemonade cleanse, detoxes, strict elimination plans, keto, carnivore, paleo, Mediterranean, the classic “anti inflammatory” diet, high intensity workouts, long term intermittent fasting, and more.
