My name is Julie Daniluk. I am a nutritionist, author, TV host and anti-inflammatory food & lifestyle expert.
I have a unique perspective because I previously recovered from chronic arthritis & colitis, overcame an eating disorder, and documented my healing journey into 3 award-winning books.
I now coach a global audience of health seekers how to do the same by breaking free of their cravings, embracing a whole food approach, and creating a new way of eating unique to their own needs, called a Live-It (not a diet).
