Ingredients:
½ cup coconut yogurt
1 tbsp nut or seed butter (pick the one you digest well)
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1 cup spinach
3/4 cup water
1 tbsp collagen powder
1/8 tsp cinnamon
A few drops stevia or monk fruit sweetener (to taste)
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in the blender and mix until smooth.
