Flat Belly Smoothie

Here is my Flat Belly Smoothie recipe that was first featured on The Marilyn Denis Show that turned out to be a summer hit!

Dairy is often the culprit to digestive bloating. The fruit choices and collagen in this recipe are easy to digest making this smoothie a low bloat option for breakfast.

 

Ingredients:

½ cup  coconut yogurt⁠

1 tbsp  nut or seed butter (pick the one you digest well)⁠

1/2 cup  frozen blueberries⁠

1/2 cup  frozen pineapple⁠

1 cup  spinach⁠

3/4 cup  water⁠

1 tbsp  collagen powder⁠

1/8 tsp  cinnamon⁠

A few drops stevia or monk fruit sweetener (to taste)⁠

 

Directions:⁠

1. Place all ingredients in the blender and mix until smooth.⁠
