Blueberry Thrill Smoothie

The blueberries, kale and maca powder in this nourishing shake will provide you with an antioxidant boost while the hemp seeds offer not only a dose of complete protein but also a rich source of plant-based omega-3s.


2 cups                 frozen organic blueberries

1 cup                   chopped kale or chopped fresh parsley, tightly packed

1/2 tsp                cinnamon

1 tbsp                 virgin coconut oil

1/4 cup               hemp seeds

1 tbsp                 raw honey

2 cups                 unsweetened coconut beverage

1 tbsp                 fresh lemon juice

1 tsp                   pure vanilla extract


Optional Superfood Boost:

1/2 tsp                maca powder



  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.


Makes 2 large shakes.
