1 low-carb pizza crust (example)
1/4 cup dairy-free 'cheese' grated (example)
1-2 tbsp basil pesto or tomato sauce
1/4 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
4 garlic stuffed olives, sliced
4 purple onion, sliced and separated into rings
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried parsley flakes
1. Place crust on a baking sheet and low-broil for 1-2 minutes.
2. Sprinkle cheese evenly across entire wrap and low-broil 1 minute or until cheese is evenly melted.
3. Spread pesto or sauce evenly over the cheese, then arrange the artichoke hearts, olives, and onion rings. Low-broil for 5 minutes or until toppings are completely warmed.
4. Remove from oven, top with oregano and parsley and serve!
