 What you should bring with you on Sunday, March 3rd :

  • Yoga mat

  • 2 warm blankets (1 as bolster and 1 as cover)

  • Pillows (if you have pain points or want extra comfort)

  • Journal with pen/pencil to take notes

  • Lunch!

  • Drinking water and a vessel for tea

  • If you suffer from chronic pain, you may want to bring a comfortable folding camping chair to avoid pain points
