It is that time of year when the holiday turkey coma is wearing off and the hang over is setting in. Everyone catches the resolution bug. The trick is how do you make it stick? I am a big believer in setting yourself up powerfully with trusted health information. Here are my go-to sources on the web that I hope you find helpful.
# 1: Wylde about Health
Holistic health expert Bryce Wylde is creating a fantastic website that is jammed full of incredible health tips and articles. He has enrolled his favourite experts that have appeared on his TV show to answer health inquires, so consider asking a question on the site to get some fantastic insight into your health concern.

#2: World’s Healthiest Foods
This website is an incredible resource that uses the USDA Nutritional database for accurate nutritional facts. The database of healthy ingredients has great research, recipes, and cooking methods. The best part is that it was created by George Mateljan who founded a not-for-profit foundation with no commercial interests or advertising. This is a new force for change to help make a healthier you.

#3: Environmental Working Group
Another not for profit doing fantastic work is the Environmental Working Group.
Their team of scientists, engineers, policy experts, lawyers and computer programmers pours over government data, legal documents, scientific studies and their own laboratory tests to expose threats to your health and the environment, and to find solutions. This research brings to light unsettling facts that you have a right to know.
Use EWG's Shopper's Guide to Pesticides to reduce your exposures as much as possible, but eating conventionally-grown produce is far better than not eating fruits and vegetables at all. The Shopper's Guide to Pesticide in Produce will help you determine which fruits and vegetables have the most pesticide residues and are the most important to buy organic. You can lower your pesticide intake substantially by avoiding the 12 most contaminated fruits and vegetables and eating the least contaminated produce.
